We had a fantastic time at the hotel! the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of everything. the room was spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the window. the housekeeping and restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. Plus, the spa facilities were top-notch, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring.
I wish there was a little more variety in the spa services.

The room setting was really nice and clean, which made our xmas holidays even more special. that, the housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly and cooperative, which made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was great, because we were close to all the main attractions in the area.
On the other hand, we had a few negative experiences at the hotel, which affected our overall impression. the sauna always required a waiting time to be heated, which was quite bothersome.
